Food & wine bloggers show at Vinistra 2011

Individuals, eccentrics, weirdos and normal fellows having the need, wish, determination and knowledge to write about gastronomy, food culture and wine have presented themselves at this year’s edition of Vinistra wine fair. Some of them joined their creative juices to create bigger projects on Croatian food & wine scene, some of them are independent writers. Through their personal stories they managed not only to lead tasting of six wines, wines they love and dare to talk about, but have also demonstrated in practice pairing of food and Istrian wines.
